A simple, clear format to help you prepare your vacation or clear up any doubts before you arrive. Because having the right answer at the right time means you can leave with a little more peace of mind.

Is the campsite affiliated to VACAF?
No, the campsite is not VACAF approved.
Are pets allowed on the campsite?
Dogs not belonging to categories 1 and 2 are accepted in cottages (except in our Premium cottages), in the villa and on bare pitches. Vaccination certificate required. There is a charge for this service (€6/night). A cani-douche, dog waste bins and nature areas are available.
How do I get to the campsite?
- By car: Via La Rochelle then Rochefort-en-mer or via Saintes then Saujon.
- By plane: Bordeaux or La Rochelle airports
- By train: First station at Royan or Saujon
At the campsite, bicycles are still the most popular means of transport for our guests.
Can I choose my plot before I arrive?
You can choose your pitch by criteria (quiet, shady, sunny) with the
option “Preferred pitch at €20”.
Are bicycles available for hire?
Yes, we offer bike rental, serviced daily by our service provider (at a charge).
What time can I get there?
For mobile-home and villa rentals: 5pm to 7.30pm
For bare pitches: 2pm to 7.30pm
Don’t forget to check if you’re arriving on a Saturday or Sunday.
What time do I have to leave my mobile home or pitch?
- Mobile homes and villas: before 10 a.m.
- Bare pitches until 12pm.
Wristbands must be returned to reception on the day of departure.
Can I get there first?
We can’t guarantee your accommodation before 5pm, but in the meantime you can take advantage of our facilities and services. All you have to do is check in at reception and get your wristband.
If I arrive after reception opening hours, what should I do?
Please let us know by e-mail or telephone, and we will inform you of the procedure to follow.
Please note: Campers are not allowed to bring their cars, caravans or motorhomes in after 11pm.
How far is the campsite from the beach?
The first beach is at Ronce-Les-Bains, which is only 2.5 km from the campsite.
The Atlantic coast’s extensive beaches can be reached from Rone-Les-Bains.
Is the campsite far from Ile d'Oléron? Royan? La Palmyre
L’ile d’Oléron and Royan are around 20 km from the campsite.
La Palmyre is just 10 km away.
What equipment can I rent?
Rental requests can be made at our reception desk or at the time of booking for the entire duration of your stay, subject to availability:
- baby kit including cot, high chair and bathtub on request (€7/night)
- Plancha (€6/night)
- Top fridge (€7/night)
- Fridge-freezer (€9/night)
Does the campsite have a gym?
No, the campsite does not have a gym, but it does provide :
- Ping-pong tables
- A multi-sports park
- A tennis court
- A mini-golf course
- Baskets of sneakers
- A petanque court
Are there any animations?
Yes during the day: sports activities in the morning and outdoor games in the afternoon
In the evening: shows (music, magic, dance…), games (including aperitif games), mini-disco for toddlers, dance evenings and evenings at the lagoon.
The entertainment program is available on our app, on the notice boards (reception and entrance) and at the bar.
How does Wifi work?
Wifi is a paying service. You can connect and pay directly online…
What are the opening times for the pools? the lagoon? the toboggan?
- The pool is open from 10.15 a.m. to 7.30 p.m.
- Le Lagon is open from 10.30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Le Toboggan is open from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
What should I wear for the pool? The lagoon or the slide?
Meeting municipal pool hygiene standards, only briefs are permitted for men. For women: one- and/or two-piece swimsuits; no other clothing is permitted. Babies must wear a special diaper.
If I'm a visitor, can I have access to the aquatic areas?
Only management is authorized to give permission, but visitors are generally not allowed access for security reasons.
Can I leave my children alone in aquatic areas if they know how to swim?
No, children remain under the responsibility and supervision of their parents (even in the presence of a supervisor, whose presence is not mandatory at campsites).
Are there any supermarkets near the campsite?
The nearest one is a 5-minute drive away
A Proxi grocery store is available on site for your convenience.
How many people can sleep in the mobile home I've rented?
Please note that it is forbidden to exceed the maximum capacity of the rented mobile home. All mobile-home specifications are shown on our website.

Do you accept minors camping with friends?
Minors may not stay at a campsite without the presence of a parent or guardian. No exceptions will be accepted.
We've rented a mobile home or pitch, and some friends want to join us. What should I do?
You must notify the campsite in writing and request authorization, which will be granted only if the accommodation allows it, according to its capacity. A supplement is payable according to age.
I have two vehicles. Can I park them on my plot?
Only one vehicle is allowed on the plot. All other vehicles must be parked in the free outdoor parking lot.
How can I pay my deposit?
The deposit is payable on booking directly online or by bank transfer.
How can I pay for my stay?
The balance of your stay must be paid 30 days before your arrival.
You can pay directly online on our secure website, by bank transfer or ANCV.
How do I use my voucher?
When booking online, please indicate the value of your voucher in the comments or contact the campsite with the voucher references.
Once we have received your booking, we will apply your voucher and send you a booking confirmation.
What activities are available in the area?
Charente Maritime is a must for a vacation on the Atlantic coast. Visit the islands: Ile de Ré, Ile d’Oléron and Ile d’Aix. They are easily accessible from La Tremblade and La Clairière campsite. Discover Royan, Rochefort….
How can I change or cancel my stay?
By sending a letter or email to the campsite.
The conditions for cancelling or modifying a stay are set out in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which can be viewed on our website.
What is the purpose of cancellation insurance?
It allows you to be reimbursed the sums paid (after deduction of the deductible) in the event of unforeseen circumstances occurring before your departure.
It covers cancellation costs at a rate of 4% of the total cost of the stay, whether in rental accommodation or on a bare pitch.
This guarantee offered by the campsite must be taken out at the time of booking and applies in particular to the following situations (non-exhaustive list):
– Serious illness, serious accident or death of a family member,
– Pregnancy complications
– Major property damage requiring your presence (fire, water damage, burglary, etc.),
– Redundancy,
– Accident or total theft of your vehicle or home…
If you forget to add it, you can do so within 48 hours by contacting the campsite directly.
