For those who like to work out a little, or a lot, the program offers a variety of formats, always in a pleasant and accessible spirit.
You’ll find sports tournaments to challenge yourselves in good spirits, as well as sessions designed to keep you moving throughout your stay. Wake-up sessions in the lagoon get the day off to a gentle start, while step work, stretching and weight training round out the possibilities. And for those who like to go at their own pace, jogging and forest walks are a natural part of the program. So it’s easy to see that holidaymakers can also enjoy a good workout in sneakers, without having to follow a military timetable.

This allows us to maintain a real sense of continuity throughout the day, with solutions adapted to different needs and times.
